Adomog was once a Shaman, proudly serving his people. He was at one with nature, in balance with life and happy with his wife and children. Then, the demons came to Draenor. When the great Ner’zhul was tricked by Kil’jaeden into following “The Beautiful One’s” power. Because of Kil’jaeden and Gul’dan’s treachery, he started down the wrong path.
Then came a time when land and ancestors rejected the Orcs. The elements would no longer answer our calls nor our ancestors speak to us in our dreams. His clan was at war with the Dranei. They seemed a threat to great to defeat without help.
Adomog embraced warlock magic as a means to an end. The warlock magic was faster, non-negotiable, and deadly. Adomog couldn’t be powerless in the face of the threat of the Dranei and potential threats from other orc clans.
The Bladwind Clan stopped short of atrocity. Adomog followed his clan by rebelling against Gul’dan in not participating in the slaughter of the Dranei. Thus they were banished from the rest of the Horde.
He couldn’t avoid the despair of the civil wars and the slow death of the land. When the opportunity to conquer a new world arose, Adomog volunteered to be first through the Dark Portal. But as Orgrim Doomhammer decimated the shadowcouncil and killed most other warlocks as well, he sent his family family to live in Zangarmarsh near Zabra jin for safety. Then Orgrim Doomhammer accepted Gul’dan’s assistance in the invasion of Azeroth. Adomog fought bravely beside Doomhammer until his defeat.
Adomog escaped back to Draenor rather than to be sent to the internment camps He searched for his family but didn’t find them. He journeyed to the inn at Zabra’jin and was given a scroll from his wife by the inn keeper. She rejected him for leaving to fight, for becoming a warlock, and for the bloodlust and anger in his soul. His wife and their children resettled in the Blade’s Edge Mountains. She has taken a new mate and claims the relationship legitimate as pronounced by a previously unknown Shaman.
Adomog was devastated by this news. He has lost his family, his calling as a shaman, his home, and his clan. He had been changed by the demon magic and has become old before his time. He prays to his ancestors and tries to make peace with nature but he doesn’t know if they are listening.
Adomog decided to make a new start. When the Laughing Skull clan began supporting Ner'zhul in his quest to open other portals to new worlds, Adomog began helping them. As he earned the trust of the clan he bacame indispensable to Ner'zhul. Though Ner'zhul's attempts to open new portals nearly destroyed what little was left of Draenor and ultimately damned him, Adomog was able to escape to Azeroth to the Valley of Trials.
There he met his younger cousin, Dugmog of the Shadow Clan. Dugmog taught the old orc many things about Azeroth. Most importantly he told Adomog about the strong and honorable Bloodfury Clan.
Adomog wanted desperately to belong to a family again, to be a part of something larger than himself. Adomog began his search for the Bloodfury Clan with hope in his heart. Adomog searched all of Kalimdor, from the top Mount Hylja to bottom of the Ungoro crater. Eventually he was introduced to the powerful Warmistress Kil'Gora Darkhowl. After much discussion, the Warmistress invited Adomog to join the Bloodfury Clan. Adomog accepted the invitation and pledged his loyalty to theWarmistress and Bloodfury Clan.
Many new adventures await Adomog and his brothers and sisters. Lok'tar Ogar!
